Social Media Manager

About the role

Wecleanit is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to join its team in Lekki. You will lead the company’s social media presence, creating compelling content and driving brand visibility across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Create, curate and publish engaging content tailored to each platform.
• Optimize social media channels to increase reach and follower engagement.
• Monitor, analyse and report on performance metrics using analytics tools.
• Maintain regular communication with followers and prospective customers.
• Ensure social media activities support overall brand and marketing goals.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies.
• Strong written communication and creative content development skills.
• Ability to design and implement effective content strategies.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and their best practices.
• Solid understanding of analytics tools for tracking engagement and campaign performance.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and able to work on‑site daily.
• Experience in the cleaning or service industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
