Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative, commercially‑mind‑ed Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join HeadHonta’s Marketing Department in Abuja. This mid‑level position will drive digital storytelling, manage our online presence and use social‑media trends to generate measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative content strategies that increase brand visibility and drive online sales.
• Produce multimedia assets including videos, photos and graphics for use across social platforms.
• Manage and optimise the digital sales journey for all subsidiaries, applying social‑selling techniques.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to audiences and collaborate with internal teams.
• Analyse performance data with social‑media analytics tools, conduct A/B testing and apply SEO best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in social‑media management and content creation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating content that achieved commercial objectives.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and on‑site in Abuja (Monday‑Saturday, 8 am‑6 pm).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract.
• Salary range NGN 100,000 – 150,000 per month.
• Dynamic work environment in Abuja’s Marina district.
