Social Media & Business Development Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Business Development Coordinator to boost our online presence and forge strategic partnerships. You will manage our social channels, create engaging content, and support business growth initiatives across Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Social Media Management: manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X; create and schedule engaging content; design graphics, reels, and short‑form videos; respond to messages; grow audience engagement; maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Business Development: identify and outreach influencers, content creators, remote‑work communities, and industry partners; build relationships with coworking spaces and workspace operators; follow up partnership opportunities; coordinate meetings and communication with prospects; assist in developing strategic partnerships.
• Lead Generation: research potential customers and communities; participate in relevant Facebook groups, LinkedIn communities, and online forums; generate qualified leads through outreach; maintain records of leads, prospects, and partnership opportunities.
• Administrative Support: assist with basic customer follow‑up; track social media performance metrics; prepare weekly progress reports; recommend ideas for growth and business expansion.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong social media management experience.
• Graphic design experience and ability to create TikTok and Instagram content.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience in business development, sales or partnership outreach is a plus.
