Site Nurse

About the role

The Site Nurse will provide on‑site medical support for employees in a manufacturing and warehousing environment. You will act as the first point of contact for injuries, illnesses, and routine health concerns, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Respond immediately to accidents and medical emergencies, delivering first aid, wound care, and stabilisation before transport.
• Conduct daily health consultations, routine check‑ups, and periodic health examinations for staff.
• Identify hazards, participate in HSE meetings, and ensure the work environment complies with local safety standards.
• Maintain first‑aid kits, stretchers, and medical supplies, and manage the site clinic’s equipment and pharmaceutical inventory.
• Document injuries, illnesses, and treatments while preserving confidentiality, and generate regular medical reports for management.
• Organise wellness programmes, disease‑prevention seminars, and first‑aid training for workers.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Site Nurse or in a comparable on‑site medical role.
• Proven ability to provide first aid, assess patients, and arrange referrals to external health facilities.
• Experience maintaining a clinic, medical equipment, and pharmaceutical stock.
• Willingness to reside at the project site when required.
