About the role
Indices Piling and Construction Limited is looking for recent Civil or Mechanical Engineering graduates to join the field team as Site Engineers. This position offers hands‑on experience on construction sites across Nigeria, with mentorship and clear pathways for career growth.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress against schedules.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and as‑built drawings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (2:1 or higher).
- 0‑3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work on sites throughout Nigeria.
Required skills
- Understanding of construction methods.
- Knowledge of construction materials.
- Familiarity with safety protocols on construction sites.
