About the role
Revolutionplus Property Development Company Limited is seeking a qualified Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities across its projects in Lagos. The role involves ensuring that all site operations run smoothly, safely, and in line with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate day‑to‑day construction and development activities at all assigned sites.
- Interpret architectural and structural designs, bills of quantities, and ensure compliance with company specifications.
- Collaborate with external contractors to guarantee proper execution of works.
- Maintain quality standards, conduct inspections, and enforce safety protocols.
- Monitor budget, schedule, and project plans, providing regular status reports to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper) in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or a related field.
- 2–6 years of post‑NYSC experience in a similar site‑engineer role.
- Completed NYSC service.
- Immediate availability and residence in Lagos.
