Site Administrator – Construction Projects

About the role

Ucalux, a construction and real‑estate development firm, is looking for a Site Administrator to support its Lagos State projects. This full‑time, onsite position ensures administrative control, accurate record‑keeping, and smooth documentation flow between active sites and the head office.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily logs of labour attendance, subcontractor activities, material deliveries and stock movements.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly operational reports; coordinate approvals and correspondence among Site Engineers, Procurement, Stores, HR and Head Office.
• Analyse site records for discrepancies in labour, materials and expenses, escalating any anomalies.
• Support site onboarding, keep worker documentation up‑to‑date, oversee welfare coordination and enforce administrative compliance.

Required profile

• OND, HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, Statistics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of site or project administration experience in construction; experience on high‑rise or large‑scale projects is a strong advantage.
• Analytical thinking, high attention to record accuracy and strong communication skills in a fast‑paced site environment.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data reconciliation, lookups, pivot tables, reporting dashboards).
