About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Shop Floor Assistants to join our retail team in Lagos. You will help customers find products, keep the store tidy, and support sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customers promptly, providing product information and guidance.
- Assist customers in locating items and ensure shelves are well‑stocked, neatly arranged, and properly labeled.
- Support restocking, display of goods, and maintain accurate pricing and tagging.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and complaints, and work with the sales team to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Required profile
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for long hours and perform light lifting.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and demonstrate strong teamwork.
- Minimum of SSCE in any related field.
