Shipping Personnel

About the role

The Shipping Personnel will support the end‑to‑end delivery process for customers across Nigeria, ensuring orders are tracked, documented, and delivered on schedule. This position combines operational oversight with customer communication to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany deliveries to customers and coordinate with the warehouse.
• Update and monitor open‑order spreadsheets.
• Maintain records of all communications with OEMs and customers.
• Generate reports on purchase‑order progress, completion dates, and production challenges.
• Provide weekly updates to customers regarding order status and estimated delivery dates.
• Track orders from placement through delivery and inspect arrivals for correct quantity and product.
• Update inventory records and prepare Request for Quotes.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks directed by office managers.

Required profile

• HND or BSc in Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work from home up to five nights per week during deliveries.
• Excellent written communication and strong time‑management abilities.
