Service Manager

About the role

The Service Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure high‑quality service delivery within our beauty and wellness brand. This role combines team leadership, customer experience management, and operational excellence to drive revenue growth and brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all day‑to‑day business operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, supervise, motivate and develop team members to meet operational and sales targets.
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, mentoring and regular feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, customer retention and brand growth.
• Handle customer complaints, inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Manage inventory, stock control, procurement and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and workforce management activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational, sales and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Oversee facility management to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience in beauty, spa, salon, wellness, retail or hospitality sectors.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve business and sales targets.
• Strong leadership, organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑relationship skills.
• Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business management tools.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Female candidates are strongly preferred.
