Creative Design & Styling Executive

About the role

The Creative Design & Styling Executive will develop visual concepts for events, gifting, festive décor and brand experiences. The role combines creative ideation with hands‑on execution, ensuring every physical element aligns with the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, colour palettes and visual direction for events and brand experiences.
• Design and style tablescapes, floral arrangements, gift presentations, props, installations and decorative layouts.
• Supervise event styling, setup and on‑site visual quality control.
• Source and manage props, décor items, packaging, fabrics and other styling materials.
• Collaborate with vendors, production teams and operations to ensure accurate execution of creative details.
• Maintain brand consistency across physical and visual touchpoints.
• Support photoshoots, content days and styled brand moments, ensuring final execution matches approved designs.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in event styling, creative design, visual merchandising, set or floral styling, interior styling, gifting or related fields.
• Strong visual sense with an understanding of luxury presentation, colour, texture, scale and finishing details.
• Ability to interpret briefs, mood boards and creative direction and translate them into physical installations.
• Proven experience working with vendors, artisans, production teams and operations staff.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control, especially under pressure during setups and peak periods.
• Hands‑on attitude, willing to support physical execution, not just concept work.
• Based in Lagos and available for on‑site work, project setups and weekends.
