Architecture Team Lead

About the role

Lead the conceptualization, design development, and presentation of bespoke interior solutions for luxury projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design development, ensuring compliance with company standards, manufacturing capabilities, and installation requirements.
• Conduct design reviews, provide technical guidance to junior designers, and act as a bridge between clients and designers.
• Identify project challenges early, develop cost‑effective solutions, and anticipate site, production, or installation issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, adhere to approval workflows, and support continuous improvement of internal processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience in bespoke joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, and luxury interiors.
• Strong presentation, communication, and client management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering software such as Enscape, V‑Ray, Lumion, or Blender.
• Strong knowledge of joinery detailing, materials, and installation processes.
