Service Coordinator

About the role

Accelleron is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the single point of contact for customers during service job execution. You will ensure smooth scheduling, quoting, and delivery of service solutions while supporting 24‑hour emergency availability.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan all service/repair jobs with customers, applying company policies.
• Schedule jobs, manage quotes, and allocate resources such as service engineers, spare parts, and tools.
• Handle internal service job assignments and ensure compliance with OHS and quality standards.
• Manage the service order lifecycle from quotation to invoicing, using ATURB MOBILE for planning and data recording.
• Maintain accurate data in the ERP system and monitor financial performance of each order.
• Collaborate with Technical Advisors on warranty cases and with End‑User Sales on customer status.
• Provide market intelligence feedback to business development, sales, and other functions.
• Execute maintenance agreements and drive continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, or service operations.
• Mid‑level qualification with proven ability to manage complex service projects.
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety and quality requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATURB MOBILE for job planning and data capture.
• Experience using ERP systems for order and financial management.
