Senior Technical Assistant – Executive Support

About the role

The Senior Technical Assistant provides executive, operational and commercial support to the Group Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. Acting as a central coordination point, the role ensures strategic priorities are aligned, decisions are facilitated and high‑level corporate initiatives are executed across the multi‑sector group.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic priorities and follow‑through on corporate initiatives for the Group MD and COO.
• Facilitate executive decision‑making by preparing reports, board papers, presentations and briefing notes.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with business units, government institutions, regulatory agencies and external partners.
• Support commercial analysis, financial modelling interpretation and strategic communications.
• Oversee executive administration, confidential information handling and multi‑priority workflow management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, International Relations or related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
• 4–6 years of experience providing executive support to C‑suite executives, senior partners or senior government officials in consulting, investment banking or government advisory environments.
• Proven experience coordinating executive operations, stakeholder engagements and strategic initiatives.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to interpret financial models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse cultures and industries.
