About the role

The Administrative Officer will support the Foundation’s initiatives, promote its activities, and ensure smooth office operations in the Abuja office. This role works closely with the CEO, managing partner, and the Lagos office to maintain consistent governance and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote the Foundation’s activities, generate public interest and manage media and stakeholder relations.
  • Develop and implement community advocacy programs, coordinating outreach in schools, hospitals and vulnerable communities.
  • Assist in identifying and sourcing funding, creating and executing fundraising initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records, file office documents and collate information for senior management.
  • Prepare for internal and external meetings, update stakeholder databases and support event organization such as seminars and workshops.

Required profile

  • A minimum of a degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent organizational, time‑management and scheduling abilities.
