Senior Sales Manager – Spare Parts (TVS 2W & 3W)

About the role

The company, a global machinery distribution leader, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive its spare parts business for TVS two‑wheelers and three‑wheelers across Lagos, Ondo and Ogun. You will own the full sales charter, from channel strategy to operational delivery, ensuring primary and secondary sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve annual primary and secondary spare parts sales targets for the assigned region.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, including potential mapping, business planning and target setting for dealers and distributors.
• Expand network coverage, improve market penetration and increase product range availability in untapped territories.
• Evaluate, appoint and develop dealers, distributors and stockists based on vehicle population and demand potential.
• Formulate commercial policies, distributor margins, credit norms and incentive schemes aligned with profit objectives.
• Hold P&L responsibility for the spare parts vertical, managing pricing, discounting and scheme spend.
• Monitor dealer/distributor performance against objectives and OEM guidelines.
• Plan and oversee promotional activities such as mechanic meets, retailer meets, road shows and campaigns.
• Lead, coach and review the field sales team, setting targets and driving productivity.
• Coordinate warehouse and supply‑chain activities to ensure timely parts availability.
• Generate business intelligence using DMS/CRM data to guide inventory and growth decisions.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.
