Senior Product Manager - Savings Products

About the role

Renmoney is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of its savings portfolio. You will shape everyday savings accounts, term deposits and innovative goal‑based products while aligning them with the company’s 2025‑2027 growth plan.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end product roadmap for all savings offerings.
• Translate long‑term business strategy into actionable product plans that drive deposit growth and lower funding costs.
• Collaborate with Finance and Treasury to optimise the mix of on‑demand and fixed‑term deposits and model profitability.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Marketing and Growth teams.
• Write clear Product Requirement Documents, prioritize features and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent savings products in the Product Governance Council and Asset & Liability Committee.
• Monitor performance metrics such as total deposits, net inflows, cost of funds and customer retention.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in product management within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of deposit products, funding strategies and regulatory environments (CBN, NDPR).
• Ability to work with finance models, pricing and liquidity considerations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple functions.
