Senior Product Manager

About the role

Labs by Semicolon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle for digital solutions targeting global and regional markets. Based in Lagos, the role will drive product vision, strategy and delivery while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and user research to uncover opportunities and define product requirements.
• Own product vision, roadmap and prioritisation, translating business goals into clear user stories.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data and business stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.
• Monitor product performance, run experiments and A/B tests, and iterate based on data‑driven insights.
• Mentor junior product professionals and champion best practices across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end development of digital products in technology‑focused environments.
• Strong background in product discovery, user research and requirements gathering.
• Demonstrated expertise in agile and lean product development, including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to influence without authority.
• Experience in fintech, edtech, healthtech, logistics or related sectors is highly desirable.
