Information Technology Specialist

About the role

SANY Nigeria Company Limited is looking for an experienced Information Technology Specialist to maintain and support its technology infrastructure and surveillance systems on‑site in Ibafo, Ogun State.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support for desktops, laptops, printers, monitors and network devices.
• Diagnose, repair and replace computer hardware components such as drives, memory modules, power supplies and peripherals.
• Manage CCTV and IP‑surveillance systems, including cameras, NVRs, DVRs, storage and network connectivity.
• Perform routine health checks, preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs for both IT and surveillance equipment.
• Support LAN, Wi‑Fi, structured cabling and overall network optimisation.
• Supervise installations, coordinate vendors and contractors, and handle warranty claims and service requests.
• Maintain accurate IT asset registers, technical documentation and performance reports.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science, IT, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting and CCTV system management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 user support.
• Proven experience with LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, structured cabling and network troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work fully onsite in Ibafo.
