Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Ads & Digital Marketing)

About the role

Versavvy Limited, a Nigerian technology solutions company building AI-powered digital products, is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Performance Marketing Manager in Lagos. The role plans, executes and optimizes performance marketing campaigns across search, social, display and other paid media channels, working with product, sales and engineering teams to support the launch and growth of the company's digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze campaign data, manage budgets and refine targeting strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with product, sales and engineering teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Oversee reporting, experiment design and continuous performance improvement, keeping marketing data-driven and aligned with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing or analytics are an advantage.
• Experience in performance marketing, including paid search, paid social, display advertising and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience developing digital marketing strategies, managing budgets and running integrated campaigns across channels.
• Ability to work on-site in Lagos and coordinate with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Experience in technology, SaaS or AI-driven products is beneficial.
