Senior Key Sales Account Manager (Fiber-to-the-Home)

About the role

The Senior Key Sales Account Manager will lead the Fiber‑to‑the‑Home business line, managing strategic accounts, nurturing long‑term relationships and driving revenue growth across key customers in Abuja.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and develop existing client relationships while generating new business opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with key decision‑makers and exceed annual sales targets.
• Design and execute strategic account penetration plans based on each client’s purchasing processes.
• Analyse customer needs, propose suitable product solutions and negotiate tender and contract terms.
• Identify and prospect new clients, building a robust database for the designated region.
• Lead new‑business pitches and ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Prepare business plans for current and prospective tender opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.
• 7‑10 years of field sales and account management experience with an ICT solutions provider.
• Proven track record in selling IT services and managing key accounts.
• Strong understanding of purchasing and sourcing processes within large organisations.
