About the role

EY's International Tax Services team in Nigeria is looking for a Senior consultant in its ITTS Advisory practice. You will advise multinational clients on cross-border tax issues within interdisciplinary and multicultural teams.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on cross-border restructuring and financing concepts, international group tax law, foreign tax law, and company acquisitions and sales
• Tax structuring of corporate transactions and reorganizations, and identification of tax risks in tax due diligence
• Support negotiations with sellers
• Support multinational companies in planning, implementing and documenting transfer pricing systems, and in structuring cross-border value creation processes
• Support tax audits, mutual agreement procedures and advance pricing agreements (APA)
• Manage complex tax projects, coordinate audit and consulting assignments, and motivate and develop team members

Required profile

• At least five years of professional experience in international tax consulting, ideally with a specialization in transfer pricing or transaction projects
• Degree in economics, law or finance, ideally with a passed tax exam such as CTIN
• Very good communication skills in English
• Analytical skills, precision, empathy, clear objectives and an entrepreneurial mindset
