Senior Information Technology Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Information Technology Specialist to lead our IT Support team, ensure high‑quality service delivery, and manage the technical environment across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the IT Support team and guarantee timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Monitor help‑desk performance, enforce Service Level Agreements and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide second‑level support for complex hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Escalate critical incidents and coordinate prompt resolution.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, software deployments and routine IT maintenance.
• Oversee installation, configuration and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Monitor health and performance of servers, network devices, internet connectivity and communication systems.
• Ensure regular patching, updates, antivirus protection and endpoint security.
• Support Microsoft Windows environments and manage email administration.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience supervising an IT support team.
• Strong knowledge of business process reengineering, SaaS vendor management and project/system analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize incidents and maintain SLA compliance.
