Senior Growth Manager

About the role

ATAfrica is looking for a full-stack growth marketer who can stand up a new growth channel from scratch. The role covers writing copy, designing creatives, coding landing pages, running ad campaigns and handling social media marketing, while identifying growth opportunities and executing strategies that drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate, test and scale new acquisition channels
• Own and execute all customer acquisition instruments, including paid media, growth product, website, demand generation, analytics and new channels
• Measure and manage the unit economics of paid channels
• Produce persuasive multi-channel content such as email, webinars, social posts, blog posts and podcasts
• Manage influencer marketing campaigns and influencer relations
• Collaborate with other teams to set and deliver marketing objectives

Required profile

• BSc degree in a relevant field
• At least one year of experience after NYSC
• Knowledge of capital markets, electronic trading platforms, CFD, forex or crypto is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Leadership skills to build and run a team, with the willingness to get hands dirty

Required skills

• Ability to track relevant KPIs such as CPA and CTR
• Good with math and numbers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech and social media savvy
