Senior Full Stack Developer (C#/.NET Technical Lead)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑grade web and platform solutions. The role combines hands‑on coding with technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑stack development initiatives from concept to production.
• Design scalable, maintainable software architectures and micro‑service APIs.
• Implement front‑end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build backend services with C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Define technical standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of all solutions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years leading development teams or acting as a technical lead.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and grow engineering teams.
• Experience delivering multiple projects in Agile/Scrum environments.
