Senior Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Controller to lead the forward‑looking financial agenda of a fast‑growing manufacturing company. You will design automated forecasting systems, drive complex compliance projects, advise senior leadership, and mentor the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and automate financial forecasts, budgets, scenario models and liquidity tracking, and build frameworks for inventory and stock‑keeping.
• Lead major compliance initiatives, including the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting, ensuring readiness for the August 2026 deadline.
• Serve as the primary financial advisor to the CEO and COO, translating complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
• Mentor the Finance Manager and develop the finance team toward future CFO capabilities, while enabling independent day‑to‑day accounting operations.
