About the role
We are seeking a Senior Finance Officer to lead our financial reporting and analysis functions. The role involves overseeing accounting processes, supporting budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance within a dynamic banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Manage reconciliations, payables, and receivables.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
- Assist with audits and tax processes.
- Improve financial reporting processes.
- Provide financial insights for decision‑making.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 10 years of relevant finance experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
- High level of accountability, collaboration and integrity.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
