Senior Digital Designer

About the role

Markova Creative Limited is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to create high‑impact visual assets for leading Nigerian brands. You will collaborate with strategists, content creators, and sales teams to deliver compelling digital campaigns, websites, packaging, ads, and social media creatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a strong portfolio of work that meets client briefs and brand objectives.
• Translate design briefs into detailed project plans, schedule implementation, and manage budget constraints.
• Produce concepts, graphics, layouts, and animations across a wide range of media using Adobe Creative Suite and AI‑enhanced tools.
• Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and refine final designs based on client feedback.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, other designers, account strategists, and executives to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a design role.
• Proficiency with Adobe design and multimedia software.
• Strong ability to leverage AI tools for visual creation.
• Deep understanding of online marketing tools, technology, and social media platforms.
• Highly proactive, collaborative, detail‑oriented, and capable of simplifying complex workflows.
