Senior Cost Controller / Project Planner

About the role

The Senior Cost Controller / Project Planner will lead cost management and scheduling for multiple construction and infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Managing Directors in Nigeria and Lebanon, you will ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, cost forecasts and cash‑flow projections.
• Monitor actual expenditures, perform variance analysis and produce regular financial performance reports.
• Identify cost risks, propose mitigation measures and support contract administration.
• Create comprehensive project plans, timelines and work schedules across several sites.
• Track progress against schedules, flag delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance and other stakeholders to align cost control with project execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of cost‑efficiency and delivery processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in cost control and project planning within construction, infrastructure or real‑estate environments.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale, multi‑site projects.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.
