Facility / Electrical Technician – Full-time

About the role

Codelabprojects Nigeria Limited is looking for a skilled Facility / Electrical Technician to maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems at its Sabon‑Lugbe facility. The role ensures safe, reliable power supply and supports overall facility operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and system failures.
• Inspect and maintain wiring, panels, and power distribution systems.
• Ensure continuous operation of generators, inverters and backup power units.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on electrical infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and outages.
• Maintain safety standards and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Support general facility maintenance and coordinate with external service providers when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience in electrical installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose electrical faults independently.
• Good knowledge of building electrical systems and power distribution.
• Experience with generators, inverters and backup power systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent issues.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and standards.
