Senior Consultant – Accounting & Tax

About the role

Beckley Consulting Ltd is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead accounting and tax engagements for a portfolio of MSME clients in Oshodi/Isolo. The role involves delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing strategic tax advice.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and manage general ledger entries for multiple clients.
• Coordinate tax computations, filings and advise on tax planning and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data to deliver insights on cost control, cash flow and profitability.
• Support the design and implementation of accounting systems and internal controls.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, reviewing their work for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare client reports and present findings and recommendations in client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certification (ACA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in accounting, tax or consulting, preferably serving MSMEs or multiple client accounts.
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and client‑facing experience.
