Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

PU Prime, a global CFD broker, is expanding its operations in Nigeria and seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand the Introducing Broker network and strengthen market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and strategic partners.
• Bring an existing portfolio of active IBs, clients and business relationships.
• Drive client acquisition, net deposits, trading volume and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with IBs, affiliates and high‑value clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand PU Prime’s client and partner network.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets and monitor partner performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of business development or sales experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, partnership management and revenue generation.
• Existing IB network, active client portfolio and strong local market connections are highly preferred.
• Ability to provide the last 3 months business performance records.
• Fluent in English and willing to work onsite in Abuja or Lagos.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5 platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems and IB partnership models.
