Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Senior Business Development Executive to lead market expansion and revenue growth across assigned regions. You will be responsible for building a strong market presence, developing high‑performing sales networks, and driving sustainable growth in emerging and developing markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market‑specific growth strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify and enter new markets, cities, and distribution channels to expand business reach.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to inform strategy.
• Build, develop, and retain high‑performing sales partners and business leaders.
• Own and drive sales targets to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
• Monitor KPIs, implement action plans to close performance gaps, and optimise results.
• Deliver business presentations, training sessions, and leadership development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies while promoting ethical practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Compliance) and act as the key link between headquarters and local markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 7–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or market expansion.
• Proven track record of growing markets and driving revenue performance, preferably in emerging or fast‑growth environments.
