About the role

We are scaling an AI‑driven auto‑apply system that submits job applications on behalf of students. The current platform suffers from high failure rates and account shadow‑banning due to advanced bot detection. We need a senior engineer to rebuild the execution engine for maximum stealth and reliability within a 7‑day sprint.

• Develop a lightweight Chrome extension that leverages residential user sessions for authenticated job submissions.
• Map, automate and optimise complex multi‑page application forms to achieve >95% field accuracy.
• Manage residential proxy rotation to maintain high‑velocity submissions without triggering IP‑based blocks.
• Implement comprehensive logging and error‑handling to pinpoint form failures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Playwright (preferred) or Puppeteer.
• Proven track record of bypassing CAPTCHAs, Cloudflare Turnstile and sophisticated bot detection.
• Experience building Chrome extensions that interact with the DOM and run background tasks.
