About the role
Charles, Renshaw & Abraham is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join its Lagos office. The role focuses on corporate legal practice, leading teams and delivering high‑quality legal advice to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of lawyers handling corporate matters.
- Oversee complex legal issues, including transactions, compliance and dispute resolution.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure delivery of professional services.
- Uphold the firm’s standards of ethics, confidentiality and integrity.
Required profile
- Minimum six (6) years post‑call experience in corporate legal practice.
- Second Class Upper (2:1) law degree from a recognized university or law school.
- LL.M or MBA qualification.
- Proven leadership and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and client‑management skills.
