Senior Anti-Fraud & Credit Policy Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead our Credit Policy and Fraud Prevention function. The role will shape robust controls across customer onboarding, loan origination and portfolio management, protecting the business from financial crime and operational loss.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve credit policies and anti‑fraud strategies for all lending products.
• Develop, monitor and optimise KYC, customer verification and fraud‑prevention controls throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Create and fine‑tune fraud detection rules, cross‑match models and decision engines to enhance detection while reducing false positives.
• Manage fraud‑prevention platforms, decisioning systems and relationships with external risk data providers.
• Maintain and govern customer, device, identity and merchant blacklists with timely updates.
• Monitor fraud trends, investigate incidents and coordinate rapid response actions.
• Produce fraud dashboards, KPIs and management reports for executive decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Operations teams to embed automated controls.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in fraud risk management, credit policy and digital lending within banking or fintech.
• Proven track record of leading anti‑fraud initiatives and managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into actionable controls.
