Sectional Head, Instrumentation

About the role

We are seeking a Sectional Head to lead our Instrumentation team responsible for cement mills and additive transport. The role ensures that instrumentation engineering and maintenance policies align with company standards to maximise plant availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review maintenance projections and schedules for cement mills and additive transport instrumentation.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programmes according to agreed timelines.
• Analyse programme effectiveness, recommend improvements, and manage rework activities.
• Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance for all instrumentation activities.
• Provide training, development and leadership to instrumentation personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of operational maintenance experience, including at least 3 years in a management position.
• Deep knowledge of cement mill and additive transport operations and maintenance.
• Proven expertise in VRM system, MV and LV drives operation and maintenance.
