Sanitation Analyst – Quality Assurance

About the role
Join Mondelēz International’s Quality Assurance team as a Sanitation Analyst. You will ensure that all manufacturing areas, equipment and processes comply with sanitation, hygiene and regulatory standards, supporting continuous improvement in food safety.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily sanitation checks across production zones and document findings.
- Maintain and update control documentation, ensuring analysts have the latest versions.
- Support lab administration tasks, including housekeeping and equipment calibration.
- Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards and report deviations.
- Assist internal stakeholders by delivering reliable analytical data on time.
Required profile
- Relevant scientific discipline (e.g., OND in a related field).
- Attention to detail, ability to follow written instructions and manage multiple activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Accountability, honesty, flexibility and teamwork orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and sanitation procedures.
