Sanitation Analyst

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s Quality Assurance team to ensure that all manufacturing areas, equipment, and processes meet sanitation, hygiene, and regulatory standards. The role focuses on daily sanitation checks, documentation, compliance monitoring, and supporting continuous improvement in food safety within the production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation inspections and document findings.
• Maintain compliance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Administer laboratory tasks, housekeeping activities, and ensure work follows laboratory‑set quality standards.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver reliable analytical data on time.
• Conduct routine equipment checks, calibrations, and control documentation updates.
• Uphold the highest safety and quality standards, keeping the work area clean and tidy.

Required profile

• Relevant scientific discipline (e.g., chemistry, food science).
• Competency with generic and role‑specific software packages, including MS Office.
• Experience with basic laboratory equipment in a scientific environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow written instructions, and multitask.
• Accountability, honesty, flexibility, and teamwork orientation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
