About the role

Smart Services Limited is seeking a dedicated Technician to join its Abuja team, focusing on Samsung mobile device repairs. This entry‑level, full‑time position offers the opportunity to develop hands‑on expertise in phone hardware troubleshooting while supporting customers under the Samsung warranty framework.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and test Samsung smartphones and tablets according to company standards.
• Process warranty claims and liaise with Samsung’s warranty system when applicable.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure repaired devices meet quality checks before return.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve repair workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum HND qualification.
• At least 12 months of experience performing mobile phone repairs or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Samsung mobile repair techniques.
• Understanding of Samsung warranty procedures.
