Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our real‑estate sales team across multiple locations in Nigeria. In this role you will drive performance, coach representatives and support the Sales Manager in achieving growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the sales team.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance to ensure targets are met.
• Provide coaching, on‑the‑job training and guidance to sales representatives.
• Identify new sales opportunities and assist business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
• Support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or sales supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of CRM software (preferred).
