Sales Representative (Medical & Pharmaceutical)

About the role

Biokeft Pharmaceutical Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to promote its medical and pharmaceutical products within the Enugu region. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals and ensuring product availability across pharmacies and hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Present clinical benefits, mechanisms of action, and usage guidelines to doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to drive prescriptions.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and medical staff in the assigned territory.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure consistent product availability at local pharmacies, trade hospitals, and stockists to avoid shortages.
• Monitor and report competitor activities, product performance, and market trends to head office.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related life‑science field.
• Entry‑level candidates with strong commercial aptitude are welcome; prior medical sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly target‑driven, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
