Clinical Research Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support our global clinical trial operations in Enugu. The role involves managing regulatory documents, data entry, and coordinating with investigators and sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with clinical trial regulatory document management and maintain electronic regulatory binders.
• Enter and review study data in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
• Track study documentation and investigator training records.
• Support subject recruitment and pre‑screening activities.
• Assist with adverse event and protocol deviation documentation.
• Review medical records and source documents for completeness.
• Prepare reports, logs, trackers, and study‑related correspondence.
• Schedule investigator meetings and training sessions.
• Support quality assurance and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and CROs globally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Public Health, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
