Sales Representative

About the role

Slimfit Ng is hiring a full-time Sales Representative. You will call customers, confirm orders and close sales from inquiries and leads, while staying online and responsive, especially at the point of delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Call customers, confirm orders and close sales from inquiries and leads
• Upsell customers to add more products to their order
• Work with delivery agents so orders arrive on time
• Follow up with past customers for repeat purchases
• Stay online and responsive, especially at the point of delivery
• Respond to DMs, comments and messages on social media pages and the office line

Required profile

• Experience communicating with 50+ customers daily via DMs and phone calls
• Ability to influence prospects to take action and handle objections
• At least 1 year of sales experience with an online or offline business preferred
• Experience closing leads and handling customers in an online business preferred
• Active participation in an online digital marketing course preferred
• The company values work ethic, attitude and past results more than a degree or GPA
