Sales Representative

About the role

Unicure Pharmaceutical Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop and manage wholesale pharmaceutical customers across the assigned territory. You will be responsible for building long‑term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail pharmacies while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new wholesale clients within the territory.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Calculate and process commissions and rebates based on purchase volumes.
• Track purchase details, monitor receivables, and keep customer accounts reconciled.
• Collect market intelligence and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Execute company sales and marketing strategies, including promotional activities.
• Ensure product availability and visibility across wholesale channels.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in pharmacy, pharmacology, microbiology, biochemistry, biological sciences, chemistry or related life‑science field.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic records or at least 1 year of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, wholesale distribution or FMCG trade sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑relationship building and deal‑closing abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Residency in or willingness to relocate to the state of application.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
