Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our retail team in Surulere, Lagos. You will engage customers, provide styling advice, and drive sales of our men’s fashion collections.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a professional and courteous approach.
• Offer personalized styling recommendations and product advice.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Upsell and cross‑sell to maximize revenue.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain neat, well‑stocked, and attractive merchandise displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock.
• Assist with receiving, tagging, and arranging new stock.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
• Support promotional activities and in‑store events.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification in any discipline.
• 1–3 years retail sales experience, preferably fashion or lifestyle.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for men’s fashion and a professional appearance.
• Ability to meet sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reside in or around Surulere or willing to commute.

• Competitive monthly salary between NGN 100,000 and NGN 120,000.
