Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive enrollment for GreaTeam Academy’s AI training programmes. You will work closely with the marketing team to generate and qualify leads, conduct demos and close sales, contributing to the company’s revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales leads through online and offline channels.
• Promote AI courses, bootcamps, workshops and certification programmes to prospective students.
• Contact prospects via phone, email, social media and messaging platforms.
• Deliver product demonstrations and explain course benefits.
• Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Build relationships with universities, organisations and corporate clients for training opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and gather market intelligence.
• Represent GreaTeam Academy at educational fairs, networking events and seminars as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role.
