About the role
Joyplus Agrolink Global Limited is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive the distribution of its health‑focused tea blend across retail outlets, supermarkets, pharmacies and wellness stores in the Marina region. You will be the front‑line ambassador, building relationships with traders and consumers while meeting aggressive sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard and manage retail outlets, supermarkets, open‑market traders, pharmacies and wellness stores.
- Execute field sales activities to achieve daily and weekly volume and outlet‑penetration targets.
- Conduct live product sampling and tasting activations at high‑traffic locations such as markets, plazas and events.
- Educate traders and consumers on the health benefits of the tea blend, emphasizing immune support and wellness.
- Monitor competitor pricing, track stock levels at retail points and ensure timely re‑orders.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role.
