Sales Representative (Furniture & Wood Showroom)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our furniture and wood showroom in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers and online enquiries, helping them select the right products and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Greet walk‑in customers warmly and guide them through our furniture and wood product range.
• Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media and in‑person.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to close sales.
• Record customer details in the company CRM at the point of interaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized and attractive showroom display.
• Coordinate with the Storekeeper on product availability and delivery arrangements.
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets.
• Submit daily sales and activity reports to the Branch Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail, showroom, hospitality or sales.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service mindset, friendly and approachable.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent a premium brand.
• Honest, trustworthy and accountable with customer data.
• Reliable, punctual and respectful of hand‑over procedures.
• Comfortable using smartphones and basic CRM tools.
• Experience in furniture, home interiors or FMCG retail is a plus.
