About the role
The Customer Service Representative will work at Soteria Eye Clinic in Lagos, assisting patients with eyewear selection and sales. This role combines sales of frames, lenses, and accessories with patient education and support.
Key responsibilities
- Sell frames, lenses, and accessories, providing deep product knowledge to customers.
- Assist patients in selecting eyewear that fits their budget and lifestyle.
- Verify prescriptions, coordinate with the optometrist, and notify patients when items are ready for pick‑up.
- Maintain inventory of eyewear, accessories, and supplies.
- Enter sales orders into the sales book and communicate selections to the cash department.
- Provide patient education on the use and care of new eyewear.
Required profile
- BSc degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication skills.
